** According to Illinois Administrative Code 905.190 dated October 2013, Maintenance of Private Sewage Disposal Systems After January 1, 2014, the signature by the property owner(s) on the installation approval submission/construction permit for any private sewage disposal system being installed, repaired, or renovated serves as written acknowledgement that the property owner(s) are aware of and accept the responsibility to service and maintain the private sewage disposal system in accordance with the Act and this Part.

Our yearly service contracts include the following:
Up to 2 inspections calls per year.
Inspection of effluent quality, to check for color and odor
Adjustment and servicing of mechanical and/or electrical components including but not limited to aerator, alarm components, electrical connections, and lift station (if applicable).
Periodic sampling of the settled solids in the aeration chamber
Chlorinate system (if applicable)
Pump tank (on an as needed basis)
Labor and additional calls (if needed)
Additional Services could include laboratory test work, pre-tank inspections, or special reporting.
